Description: The purpose of the 14th meeting of the Budapest Process (BP) Working Group on the South East European region was, in line with the Multi-Annual Strategy of the Budapest Process, to provide follow-up to the last meeting of this Working Group in 2012, where in particular the establishment of an action plan on mixed migration flows through the region was envisaged. Based on the concrete conclusions from the previous meeting and further consultations a proposal for a Silk Routes Partnership cooperation framework for the South East European Region was discussed at the meeting, especially with regards to needs and expectations of the stakeholders. Following the establishment of the Silk Routes Partnership for Migration the main focus was cooperation between the South East Europe and Silk Routes Regions.
