Video on climate change and migration

Vienna, Austria: Have a look at this video where Harjeet Singh speaks about the link between climate change and migration in South Asia. 18 million people were forced to leave their homes for this reason between 2015 and 2020 in just five countries in South Asia. Our SAMAC project was established to raise awareness of the climate “push factor” which is poorly understood and therefore not given the attention it deserves.
